Americares

Americares came to us looking for a box that attendees could enjoy during the Virtual Benefit Gala. The ultimate goal of the project was to make the recipients feel like they were all at the gala together despite the virtual nature of the event. For our client, this meant table runners, cocktail napkins, photo booth props, and more! For us, this meant custom, custom, custom!

A custom table runner was a first for us, as were custom headbands, which led us to find new suppliers who could provide high-quality custom items to help bring our client's vision to life. After hours of research, numerous emails, and too many phone calls to count, we were able to source every item our client requested. The project had several wins—the recipients were thrilled with the end result, and we’ve discovered new vendors who impressed us with their talents and willingness to try new things, which has allowed us to broaden our offerings for future projects!
